I am a writer, forever trying to express my darkest feelings in my poetry. I am working on books, in my head mostly, but want to publish them one day. I fear when people read my poetry, but I came on here to get over that fear. Only writers seem to understand how other writers feel and think.
The good thing about my poetry is that it follows no particular pattern or set of rules. I just write it. I dont care about rhyming, making any sense, following some rule set out by english professors..Its just poetry. However wrong or right it may be, its how I express myself. :)
I am also adding all of the poetry I have had over the years for safekeeping. One ex husband took years and years of my journaling, and burned it before my eyes.
My poetry sometimes is rhymed, but sometimes sounding like it is forced rhyming. Oh well. I am putting them on here anyway. I don like some of my own poetry, but it was what I was feeling at the time. Ya know how it goes!
