While single, I would like to get into college, but am currently employed full-time and unable to pursue my dream if unemployed. I love to read, and am hopeful to someday write a memoir.

The path of life has taken me over tortuous terrain. Having lost my parents at the age of four, my life went steadily downward for several years. I've tasted the bitterness of abandonment, true poverty, insecurity and fear; the dark-side of life became all too familiar. Survival motivated, experience taught, and danger side-stepped, a sudden and distant relocation has begun to introduce me to another life.

My intent is to tell my story, not in comparison to what others have experienced, but as experienced. The writings herein are crafted without the aid of higher education or with a tutor, so please understand in advance before critiqing that I am not specially skilled.
