Ok, so for those of you who have failed to notice my display name, my name is Kirstin. And I live in Scotland in the U.K. The funky symbols in my display name are my 2 sunsigns.....yes: 2. I am a cusp child, born on the day of which the sun exited the sign for Virgo and entered that of Libra. And I am apparently an old soul. So much has changed in my life since I last wrote an "About Me" so I decided to up date this as much as possible.

I cannot tell you exactly who I am, or what my place is in this big, wide world...because, truth be told, I have no idea. I used to have such a clear mind and know where I was going and what I wanted to do with my life. But now, it's like my whole world has been flipped upside-down. And I just feel completly lost. So all I can really mention is some of the basics about myself.....because I'm still trying to work the rest out.

I can tell you that I have a weird and wonderful music choice, and will give almost anything a go (except dance music and remixes, they have no meaning or emotion in the songs). I do play the guitar and am currently practicing like nothing on earth to prepare for my exams on time. I am also a very unusual teenaged girl, as I am very spiritually aware, which is strange for people of my age here...... most of them seem to be more concerned with humping anything with a shadow, as opposed to searching for the answers to some of life's biggest questions. I also love writing... expecially poems.

In concerns to my writing, I consider myself first, and formost, a poet. For those who think that my poetry is a bit on the depressing side, I do appologise, but my writing tends to reflect my state of mind at that moment in time and just now I have a lot of s**t going on in my life.

I also tend to write about things which are buggin me - as depicted by my two newest poems "Out... of My Mind!" and "The Crush".

"Unfortunatly, it is through the hard times in life in which our souls can grow and develop, and we can't always have help along the way. Life is just one big learning experiance, and what you learn along the way is down to the choices which you make."
