Lexy

Hi, all. I'm Lexy. I've been writing poetry, officially in the midst of 2007. Since then, I've written 250 poems. My first poetry book was done in 5th grade, but that was a few years ago, and now it's lost. Anyway, I'm not usually public about my writing, or wasn't, until my friend (Artist & writer, such a rare combination) told me about this place. Since then, I've been a relatively active member. I've gotten another friend to join (another artist&writer, I'm surprised to say). My friends encourage me to share my writing, and I abide.
A little about myself. I care for everyone and everything. My poetry expresses what I feel, or my confusion, etc. Some of what I write I know how it feels, from my love of reading. I read too much, and often get in trouble with my teachers because I never pay attention (my nose is in my book).
