About Me

By day, I serve and minister to young kids in my local education system. By night (and on weekends), I try to satisfy my obsessive compulsive disorder to write. I have suffered from this writing OCD since the age of 8. I kept it covered up for many years, succumbing to it mostly in private in middle school and high school. There were only a few who knew of my condition. I also have other creative OCDs:painting, making earrings, singing, making body butters and body scrubs. These, however, are all strictly hobbies. I am channeling my writing OCD in a more serious manner. I have written everything from poetry to plays to short stories. Presently, I am working to complete my first novel, Love is Stronger than Pride. It will be followed up by novel number two, either Honeysuckle Rose or Gypsy Eyes. I am also working on a collection of short stories and some stories for young adults.

I am ready to transcend and do this...and make this what I do.
