Hello, I am a college student who has used writing as a catharsis for as long as I can remember. This being said, much of my poems contain darker topics, mainly heartbreak, depression, bullying, a bipolar mother, family problems, and sexual abuse. Now, before you tell me to try writing about happier things, I would like to tell you that I choose painting, drawing, and crafts over writing when I am in those frequent cheerful moods. I have come a long way in my battle with depression and am simply using this site to organize and save the countless poems I've written throughout the years. All critique is welcome. Enjoy!
