I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Yes, it has taken me literally years to be able to get where I am now. Your relationship with your parents is one of the most personal and complicated for sure. You will get there. Give yourself time. Only you will know when it's really the right time. Anytime you would like to talk, let me know.
