The writing I put on here may seem very negative but on the journey of recovery after some unfortunate events I am finding it therapeutic to write down how I feel or how I felt. It is sometimes good when you can detach yourself from the emotions and logically review in your mind what has happened. I also would love it if I could help someone who had been through similar to recover.

I am not depressed or writing these out of self pity, I am on the right track with my life and I am determined to put the bad times behind me but of course to learn from them and grow as a person.

Reviews are very welcome, I have never written poetry or anything before in my life. I was inspired by a friend who recently shared a poem with me and this made me want to give it ago.

I personally like to read other people's experiences in life good or bad and put myself in their shoes and imagine how they felt.

I am an aspiring eating disorder psychiatrist and this is why I examine feelings and try to understand them.
