To be
Or not to be
This is the question
I ask to thee

Will you live constrained
Or will you live free
It is your decision
Whatever makes you happy

Though for my life
I choose to be free
I wish to be seen
As the real me

Who says you have to be sad
On a gloomy and stormy day
This is when the feelings you have
Need to simply wander astray

The music I enjoy is country
Not for its sound
But for the emotion is displays
Happy or sad on any day

To be fifteen
Is a strange thing
Sometimes not knowing
If everything is reality

Overall are sad and make me cry

What you have forgotten
They let you know it’s the past
And it will not forever last

Is often on my mind
It shows in what I write
