Ya know how sometimes you feel if you can just get that first line....well, I'm throwin' you a bone here. Your poem has to start with the title of the contest as your first line. What kind of a silk purse you make of said sow's ear is up to you. The selections of the finalists will be capricious and arbitrary, and the winner will be chosen by you good folks as part of my small gesture toward democracy.
