Response Poetry Contest  June 9, 2009 - June 30, 2009

Write me a response poem, an answer to someone else's work. Your response can be to a classical poet or to one of your friends and it does not have to follow the same form or style as the original poet's (although it'll impress me if you do!).

You MUST include a link to the poem that inspired you in the author comments or you will be disqualified!

I'll try to review every submission, time permitting.

Winners will recieve:

1st Place: Three reviews on poetry of your choice AND a response poem written by me in response to your poetry (although not necessarily your submission)
2nd Place: I will review your submission and two poems of your choice
3rd Place: I will review your submission and one poem of your choice
Honorable Mentions (2 or 3 depending) - I will review your submission

First Place - Inspiring
Second Place - Captivating
Third Place - Excellent
Honorable Mention - Well-Written
Honorable Mention - Well-Written
