A Hand in the Dark  November 16, 2009 - February 15, 2010

Ok, so I just saw Interview with a Vampire (I know I'm behind on the times) and I abhor Twilight, not for the all mainstream reasons though, and now I have a hankering for something Dark, and horror filled.

SO! I would like (preferably) A short story about whatever comes to mind after reading the contest title 'A hand in the Dark' that's your prompt.

I merely have 2 restrictions:

1: Please no high school settings, I have yet to read a monster/vampire story that managed to not loose itself in the mainstreams of high school.

2: This isn't really a restriction just a note, I do not know anything about poetry, I do not particularly like poetry, and will be less inclined to read it. Sorry. But I'll leave it open for submission and perhaps get someone else to help me judge any poetry.
