An Echo of a Memory April 15, 2009 - December 25, 2009
Reading and Deliberating
Write a Fairy Tale
1 No beast tales, dream explanations, morality tales, or folk heroes
2 Use symbolism, preferably including internal metaphors and freudian/jungian subconscious/otherconsciousness
3 Use the formal and quaint language of the Grimms or Perrault
The fairy tale must be new. It can have old motifs, but the tale must be new.
If you can deliver a modern moral well, you get extra credit.
