Animal Lovers Gather Around  February 20, 2011 - February 28, 2011

I LOVE animals. They make me happy, giddy, peaceful and tingly inside with that warm fuzzy feeling that just makes me want to giggle. So to all you ANIMAL LOVERS I want to hear your best poems about: your pet, your favorite animal, endangered animals, the beauty and humanity of animals, protecting against animal cruelty, your best (animal) friend, or a good experience you had with animals.

What I don't want to hear is anything cruel or disturbing or disgusting with animals. Keep it fun, light and happy! I just want to be tickled pink with all the animal poems I'll be reading.

Please, not TOO long either, I want to read a poem, not a novel!
