Best First Chapter  March 22, 2013 - March 29, 2013

The hardest part of writing a novel is catching the reader's attention right from the start. I've read too many bad first chapters that I might cry. So my challenge to you is to send me your most catchy first chapter from your novel. Suspenseful, funny, mysteries, thrilling, whatever. Make me want to finish reading the chapter and continue to the next one.

Please don't send me horror or erotica novels. I will refuse to read them.
