The idea here to write a story with a dark theme. Not vampires or other things that go bump in the night, but just an overall dark story. As far as I'm concerned, that's the only stipulation. As an example, write a story about a family destroyed by drugs. That kinda thing. I will accept poems, but obviously they must tell a story.
