Bring Back Dr. Seuss!  June 2, 2009 - December 31, 2009

I always loved Dr. Seuss when I was a kid, and read his works to my children. Whenever I go looking for books to read to my kids, I find nothing of Suess' caliber.

So...I want Dr. Seuss-type stories! Make them whimsical! Make them fun! Make them something that kids can read 100 years from now.

Although Dr. Suess' books rhymed, I do not want poetry. I want honest-to-goodness stories.

Additional Note: The deadline has been extended. I figured it takes time for genius. Plus, everybody's busy during the summer.
