Chance to Be Interviewed for Book on Chronic Illness!  October 29, 2015 - February 1, 2016

Are you a young adult who's suffered from chronic illness or pain? I'm writing a book for teens on the subject and need your story! Please enter a basic background story of yourself. I can't guarantee it will be published, but that's what I'm aiming for. (And, I reserve the right to not include any interview for any reason, whether you win this contest or not.) Also, you can decide whether to use a real or false name (for privacy reasons).

To be clear, I will probably "interview" you here on this website. I may include a portion of a testimony you wrote or write your story myself. It's all up in the air.
