Write a poem which confesses, probably acts as a cathartic outburst. It should relate to something personal and deeply intimate to you e:g Sylvia Plath, Allan Ginsberg & Anne Sexton's are some pioneers in this form.

Heart Ache poems are acceptable but if teenage angst is your category, you may not have a great chance of winning..
