Creative Writing!  February 3, 2010 - February 16, 2010

pick a prompt and write about it <3 if you have any questions please ask.

1. Close your eyes briefly. Think of an object in the room and focus on it. Without opening your eyes recall as much detail as you can about it. If you can post a picture of the object so I can see it.

2. Re-write the story of Cinderella but this time, make the slipper fit one of the icky step-sisters! How does the prince react? How does Cinderella react? and what about the fairy god-mother? Be funny if you want. Is it just me or are happily ever after stories getting kind of...boring???

3. make a list of 40 things that have happened to you in your life. they can be happy, embarrassing, frighting, then pick one from the list and write about it.

4. Take out your high school/middle/elementary year book. Pick a person from that and write what you think they are doing now. Go ahead and fictionalize that person.
