Dragonlance Character Contest December 18, 2007 - January 15, 2008
Reading and Deliberating
DetailsGood day and thank you for checking out this little contest!
In order to raise awareness of the Dragonlance movie coming out, I set up this contest to help spread the word. The producers are saying that they will not release the second movie if the first one doesnt do well so PLEASE spread the word! :D Here is the link with the info... http://www.dragonlance-movie.com The movie will be released on January 15, 2008 on DVD. For all you who say that it must not be too good if its just going to DVD and not theaters, I kindly remind you that The Hobbit and Return of The King started out as animated movies and were released only on video as well. Maybe if we show enough interest they will eventually turn it into a live action movie like they did with Lord of the Rings! Ok, here are the guidelines for what Im looking for.... I want to see poems and stories about the characters in the first 3 Dragonlance books. Specifically Dragons of Autumn Twilight, Winter Night, and Spring Dawning. You cant use any stories already in the books, create your own. Create your own scenario and everything! That one is for those who enjoy a challenge. The trick is to keep the character you pick true to himself, or herself, true to the character in the book. For those who want something a little easier... Please write a poem about a character in the aforementioned books. Pick whomever you choose and have fun with it! Winners will be chosen by their peers so be sure to tell others about the contest. The more submissions the better! Spread the word about the Dragonlance movie so there will be a second! YAY!!! :D PrizesCool little badge and a pat on the back for helping something important to many people!
