First Annual Trout Groping Contest  March 12, 2007 - April 12, 2007

In Shakespeare's play, "Measure for Measure," Pompey, the fool/pimp coins the phrase "groping for trout in a peculiar river" as a euphemism for sex. Because most of the erotica on this site is overly explicit, I thought it would be fun to see if anyone could write erotica without using any sexual imagery. The aim here is obviously to be funny, so the piece that envokes the greatest gut-wrenching guffaws shall be the winner.
