GRAMMAR  June 28, 2007 - July 29, 2007

How important is it? Really. How important was/is it to during school? We can all write with some knowledge of it? We can achieve the goal of communication with others who do not study it. Does understanding of grammar really make us better writers? My bias is this: Grammatically or ungrammatically, we all arrive at some level of understanding; however, if grammar were a car and the level of understanding were a location, then the ungrammatical are driving Pontiacs and the grammarians are driving Cadillacs. Whattaya think?
