Hearts and Spades  December 31, 2011 - September 29, 2012

"Hearts and Spades" is how I perceive the ups and downs of Love. Heart as being in Love, and Spade as being the upside down of a heart, thus it ain't Love anymore. 'Spades' here can also stand for the spade which is used to dig, and in this case, the Spade is what creates holes in the Heart, thus bruising Love.

I want you to submit a poem whereby there is BOTH the ups and downs of Love in it. Poems containing only the 'hearts' side, or poems containing only the 'spades' side won't make it.
