THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE :

1. Construct any type of writing in the shape of a human body.
2. The writing should be about the mind, heart, soul, spirit, or body of a person.
3. It can be about one, or include all of the above categories
4. You can only construct (ONE) human body writing, more than (one) will automatically disqualify you!
