Reading and Deliberating

It is sadly hurricane season again; and to acknowledge those effected by that hurricane, or any of the more recent ones there should be a contest on this topic. This is an event that forces one to be filled with emotions and inspiration and I'd be surprised if there wasn't an artist on here who didn't have anything to say about this.

Please submit a mature and well thought-through piece; rants are nice, but I'm more interested in seeing your well-developed art. Your piece can be anything, poetry, stories, speeches, essays, scripts, paintings or visual arts, etc.

Here's my piece, it won't be submitted for the competition, but if you're interested in reading it; http://www.writerscafe.org/writing/Seb/302160/

Namaste, ganbatte.
