Ok, here you go...

I want a short story from each and every one of you! Something ORIGINAL, not someone else's idea or similar to someone else's idea. Give me details... LOTS of details. Scare me, if you feel the need and think you can. =p Make me cry. Touch all the senses. Sight, sound, touch, taste, and scent (if you can achieve these last two... WOW! I will be thoroughly impressed).

The kicker? You have until Monday (May 21st) to get it up on the Cafe. I know, that only gives you a weekend, but you're all so smart, I figured the challenge would be good for ya! Besides, I only want a SHORT story. That's beginning, middle, and end... NO PARTS and PIECES. No first chapters, no poetry. Word count is only what you need to tell me a story from beginning to end. If you can do it in one page, great! If you need three pages, go for it! Don't make it too long, though, or you won't finish by the deadline. And one more thing.... You can't have created it already. (Hmm... some of you aren't listening!)

You can do it! I know you're all capable of this.
