Details

In my city the LGBTQ festival is on right now, and on it certainly is!

Which reminds me of my favorite poet, Arthur Rimbaud, who was gay yet wrote "straight-seeming" poems, which (I think) was to emulate to himself a heterosexuality that he lacked.
So, why can't we do the same?
Dykes and transpersons everywhere, have you ever written a poem to deny your sexuality to yourself? (I know I have.) Or have you written a love poem for someone of the same sex? Or one about how it felt to disover you were born in the wrong body?
Anything of the kind is welcome! Show the world all colours of the rainbow!

(Sorry, male homosexuals/bisexuals, but the event I arrange is for women or those who have been women ONLY, so I can't display poetry by men or about love between men.)

Prizes

I'm in the planning commitée for another LBT-themed event and is responsible for the art exhibition. I will display the winning poems as part of the exhibition.
