Details

Okay. Here's the deal. I see all of these people waving around their famous forms of poetry, like Haiku and Cinquain and Tanka. I decided to make one! It will be free to whatever subject that you choose, as long as it fits the structure. I'll sorta combine Haikus and Cinquains to make the structure. It will be a 5-2-7-5-2-7 syllable scheme. I think if everyone makes one of these, then it will be famous and I will have my picture on the Wheaties box. Oh! The name of this brilliant new poetry form? A "Chofu."

Here is the first ever Chofu...(drumroll begins)...

5-The toy car dances
2-around
7-in the floor very wildly.
5-Dancing and dancing
2-such joy.
7-Oww, I stepped on the damn thing.

Not great, but it gets my point across.

Good writing, all.
