Palindromes!  January 15, 2011 - March 31, 2011

Reading and Deliberating

Details

The palindrome is a poem which is completely reversed. Kind of like a mirror with the original image, then the medium, then the reflection.
An example:
Was it beauty?
In that incense burning
That in smothering
Death, conquered it
-at last-
It conquered death,
smothering in that
Incense burning the
Beauty, it was.

I wrote that poem a long time ago and have since been trying to write more palindromes. They're quite a challenge, but are very wonderful once written. :3

If you'd like to try, please enter! :D

Fair warning, if you enter anything other than a palindrome, I will remove it from the contest.
