Parody Contest  March 17, 2007 - May 22, 2007

Reading and Deliberating

Details

A parody worth it's weight in humor or satire; that is what I want to see. They say laughter is it's own reward (at least, I think they do), so there isn't any cash prize. Sorry (actually, I'm not. It's no loss to me).

It can be a poem, a story, an fictional article, an essay, a script....any type of literature. I prefer well written pieces, but if you aren't...gramatically inclined, I'm sure there is a more open-minded writing contest elsewhere.

It can be a parody of anything. You could write a script parodying General Hospital. You could, well, do anything, as long as it at least hints of satire.

And one more thing: if you feel you want to submit more than one piece, then that is fine. I will allow up to three pieces to be submitted by any one writer.

And that is it. Make me laugh!
