Can be a screenplay, book, short story, or even a poem. BUT in the end it has to be about mental illness!

For Short Stories:
~must be from a word count of: 300-3,000

For Books:
~must be from a word count of: 500-3,500

For Poems:
~must be more than 3 lines with more than 5 words on each sentence unless its a haiku.

For Screenplays/Scripts:
~ Durations of 10 minutes - 60 mintues
