You really didn't think I would have a poetry slam and forget about the writers who write stories and novels did you??

This first contest should be simple for anyone who enjoys writing about SELF!

Think of a time in your life when you had to face some kind of issue, you can change details and names to protect the guilty... er... I mean the innocent but draw from your past and create a story about you that has a point. Teach us something from the lesson YOU learned from it.
