The Blue Troubadour Award. August 17, 2009 - October 20, 2009
Reading and Deliberating
DetailsTwo things:
1. Looking for the best love poem. No rhyme. For serious poets only. Good use of metaphor and imagery. No overly sentimental verse. No limit on line count. The word "Love" shouldn't appear in the poem, although it is acceptable if used well and sparingly. Basically, make it new in some way. Hallmark hacks need not apply. 2. Looking for the best surreal poem. Anything goes as far as structure and style. No line limit. If you can combine the two themes you'll stand a better chance of winning. Jean P. Prizes$0.00, Congratulations.
