DetailsThe fib is a form of short poetry, similar to haiku, with a syllable count based on the numbers in the Fibonacci Sequence: each new number in the sequence is the sum of the previous two. Start with 0+1=1, 1+1=2, 1+2=3, etc. The fib uses 1/1/2/3/5/8.
Oddly enough, this is the same mathematical principle that governs the formation of nautilus shells. In The Darkness Of my mind--- Images dark, dismal Have lurked like predatory fish. ~paden You know what to do now... This poetic form was invented by Gregory Pincus on his blog.
