Thorn's amazing short story competition!  December 8, 2009 - December 25, 2009

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to write a short story about anything you want.
However, it must contain the line "Beneath the asparagus"
You may use that line as part of a sentence, or as a sentence in itself. Each contestant may submit one piece of writing. I will be looking for the most inspired, most clever, most awesome pieces.
And please try not to be too insanely long. I can have a short attention span at times. ^^
