Daniel Durchholz once described Tom Waits' voice as sounding "like it was soaked in a vat of bourbon, left hanging in the smokehouse for a few months, and then taken outside and run over with a car."

I want a poem that fits the same description.

I want dirty, gritty, raw, callous, and drunk. I wanna hear Mr. Waits and the blues. Down a few glasses of whiskey and show me what ya come up with.
