Take a moment to sit down and find something that catches your eye, anything at all. Look at it for a brief minute, and begin to personify it with sensory writing. Detail is a must :)

Don't hold yourself prisoner to the word personify, it can be a simple representation of you it makes you think or feel, what it shows, etc.
