I.....when i was 11 years...my heart would shudder if there was a noise at night....and i was outdoors....then i would beat my chest with a fist and pray that my fear of the dark silence be removed from me..... and now....see....im riding high ....riding late....greeting entities....asking running ghosts to wait..... fear?.......what is that again? cant believe it....its been washed of me like mud on a windscreen....after a thundershower.... take this forum ...this paranormal forum for example.... when i was mysteriously guided here ...as if by the hand of Destiny....I met two kind people here....Funny and Jenny... and others good souls amany.... I used to be logged in here fr hours at a stretch...like the sailor with the telescope ...high on the mast....searching for sign of land..... and from then on...hopping from one ship to another ...crossing virtual oceans in the form of diverse web-sites and network.....and the experience has done me good... real solid good..... I will never again feel scared of spirits or entities...why in fact i sometimes think i should make a pact with the greys.... they are the creation of the aliens ...you know..... leave your fear behind you.....these are entities thriving on your fear.....think of them as like you would think of breeze.... or a heat-wave or the waves of the sea spraying yer feet.... all temporary...all within your control.....as long as you are protected with a good luck charm.....your belief in yourself... for once.....stop running from your fears .....spin around abruptly and turn the tables on them......say you have nothing to be scared of....neither in your waking state , nor in your dreams...... have a vegetarian diet.....its better than halal meat.... stick to drinking non-alcoholic beverages.....even tea and coffee can be addictive and can be a mild hallucinogen.... stick to boiled water...Gods own fountain of nectar.... have meals on time....keep your self occupied with constructive and creative work....keep your mind free of bad thoughts....try to be patient and kind to your enemies....and enjoy the little delights of nature....smile at the full-moon, wave out to the setting Sun,,,,wink ate the butter-fly... respect your elders and learn from them....be kind to family and understand.... spare the mosquitoes, ants and cockroaches and the lizards.....avoid pesticides..... celebrate life......be free.....even though it may seem funny....go hug a tree..... its natural.....nature is you....she is me.... help the poor...blessed be!
