The first way to expand your imagination is painting knew logic pictures. How do you do that? New vocabulary! This new vocabulary doesn't only help you in your writing and imagination, but also in regular life. Vocabulary is indubitably required. Here's how you start. Read poems and stories on Writers Cafe. Keep track of words you are not sure of. Look them up. Go back to the list and the definitions each day. Either add one, use one word on the list as often as you possibly can, or BOTH! Even read a book or newspaper. Learn the words for real...now this part sound weird. Quiz yourself on new words, even old ones to hold on to them. Assignment #2: Vocabulary Malady Ulterior Cinerarium Destitute Verity Deluging Denouement Inundate Look up the definitions, post a paragraph using at least 3 of the words and a funny idea.
