Are you writing a book, but don't know how to stretch the concept? Here are some ideas:

1) Instead of a book, make it a story
2) Put little, but relevant events before the climax and such.
3) Dialogue- Character's conversations take a good amount of space and make the book a bit more interesting and still state the dilemma.

Short lesson, but still useful advice to those just starting out. A lot of people do try to make a novel out of an idea that doesn't have enough complexity for more than a short story.
