Third person is where you see all the scenes occurring in the book. There are three types of third person perspectives as follows:

*Omniscient
Sees into all the character's mind.

*Limited
Sees all the scenes around the character(s).

*Fly on the Wall (Multiple Viewpoints)
Sees the characters in motion, but not their thoughts.

An example of a third person story would be in the Harry Potter series.
