Jordan. She has written here on the Cafe for almost two years and finds things everyday on this site that make her glad to be a part of this wonderful community. She has made so many wonderful friends, and is constantly meeting amazing new writers who inspire her. Her friends here on the Cafe have pushed her to work harder and reach for the success she has dreamed of. Aurelie recently completed her first erotic novel, Educating Avylon and is working diligently to complete the final edits on the work that has become her life's work. More details will be coming soon! Ms. Jordan also has a "day" job, one that has been keeping her away from the work that she loves... She works as a supervisor in a customer service call center and writes during the little spare time that she scrounges up. (This might be a good spot to tell everyone about her penchant for procrastinating...but then, we could always talk about that later.) Aurelie has been writing poetry and short stories since the age of eleven, starting off with some very depressing pieces which she long ago parted ways with. She started writing erotica at the age of sixteen and has been writing it ever since. She believes there is something so empowering about writing something that can make someone have to catch their breath...if even only for a moment. When Aurelie is not reading or writing, she is normally spending time with her husband and 2 children, who take up a good deal of her time and energy, or her cats: Sadie May, Lucy Lu, and Abigail. She has also recently acquired a feisty bassett hound named Guinness who is too cute for his own good. Aurelie's hobbies include watching football, reading books, crocheting things for her friends, watching the few shows on TV she enjoys, watching every kid movie ever made, hanging out with her best friend (who is going to have her first baby in June 2010), and pretending to clean her house... "Can't we just get a maid?" Ms. Jordan also has a collection of erotic photos that would make even a grown man weep at the sheer volume and beauty of it! She is always looking for new pictures and new sources of inspiration to add to her collection. Ms. Jordan is a very visual person and finds many of her ideas at the sight of a picture, or an image that sparks her imagination just right. She is mostly a down-to-earth, normal person, but she does have over 50 notebooks (half-used) and over 100 pens (some never used) because she has this obsession with all things writing! She has also made the statement, "When I make enough money to support myself writing, I will never wear a pair of sock more than once again." She assumes she is entitled to a quirk. Aurelie has very wide-ranging tastes in fiction, poetry, movies, music, and television. It is near impossible to offend her other than with a personal attack on her or those that she loves, so please feel free to stop by any time. She loves getting to know new people!  Muse In Stilettoes ~Aurelie K. Jordan She towers above me, her boots gleaming black, settling in high up on her thighs. A peek of fishnet all I can see below the tiny skirt in plaid; crimson red and pine green. The white button-down shirt is pressed and smooth, not a wrinkle, not yet at least. I lie at her feet, hands cradling my chin, looking up at my muse standing there, my imagination in costume, waiting... My eyes wander over her, taking in each little detail, lingering on the spike heels. Six inches height added to my Amazon beauty, driving me mad with lust. I can imagine the feel of my fingers gripping her hair, fire between my fingertips. My pen hits the paper, the thoughts... running without control over the lines, taking me to oblivion and well beyond... She's a spitfire wench who demands perfection, never accepting anything less. She's the reality of every dark thought, every desire, the madness boiling inside of me. The muse in my mind, wench, whore, slut, vixen, seducer, temptress, Goddess. The words within me find form at her feet, fitting perfectly into the picture I see... My muse and me, working in perfect tandem.
