Megan Nye

My name is Megan, and I'm a 23yr. old aspiring poet. I have been writing short stories, but mainly a lot of poems since I was 15. I write about everything in this life; all emotions, good or bad, and a lot about love.
I hope someday to find a publisher that will take a collection of all my poems and be able to publish them in a book of my own. I've had two poems published by Poetry.com and haven't seen any revenue, and that's what I am hoping for... getting a little pay for my work, hehe.
I will always write, and there's nothing (besides losing my fingers and/or hands) that will ever stop me from writing. I do believe in "freedom of speech and press", and I will uphold and defend that amendment with my life if I'd have to. I believe that writing is simply feelings, emotions, ideas, and dreams, put into motion by the writing hand of the artist.
