About Me

no erudite pontifications, no complex extrapolations
no intentional hurtful lies, just simple age-wise
aliteration and prose, of a man who's in the throes
of living day to day from his head down to his toes

You look great. I miss it too. I'm going through a life change. Moving to a new house. Still have my daughter, her new husband and five of their children living with me. I'm still the major money maker. I'll be 65 in a few months and I'm working my butt off. Everyday. Bought a repo house, cheap, big enough for all nine of us, but it needed a lot of work. So I've repaired foundation, installed sump pump, added exterior drain tile, stripped wallpaper and painted every room in the house, updated light fixtures, and am adding a third bath and fourth bedroom in the basement off the room where I will set my pool table. Bottom line. I just work. Right now I think I will post a few of the things I've written in the last few months.
Peace and Love,
papaed

Thank you for the kind review my friend. Yes, Wolfe was distractingly descriptive (almost to the point of a rabbit chase) I read Look Homeward Angel quite a few years ago but its one of those books that tends to stick with you like Wuthering Heights or A River Runs Through It.
