Hi. I'm Sam and reside in upstate NY. I am a writer of flash fiction, short stories, and maybe a novel someday. Be warned that some of my work has adult themes like sex and drug use.

My flash fiction piece "The Withdrawal Method" has been published on the fiction site razordildo.com, and will be published in the ebook "Filthy Secret Stories" issue 3. A version of "The Anthill" is being published at fiftywordstories.com. "Polyethylene" is being published in the youth magazine Skipping Stones. "The Lake of Eight Echoes" has been accepted for publication in the first issue of the literary magazine American Athenaeum by Sword and Saga Press.

Flash fiction is becoming more popular. It is a challenging form in that you have a limited amount of words to tell a story that has impact and makes sense. It forces you to get the most out of every line and word you put down. It makes you a better writer. I think a lot of poetry around would work better in that form. Give it a try!
