Forum Agents Awards?

While looking for an agent, many of them have asked in their Submissions page a list of awards the submissee has won beforehand.  I've only won awards on Writer's Cafe.  Do those count and, if yes, should I let the agent(s) know about them?

I doubt that's what they're referring to. This is a generally inactive site that doesn't seem to get much attention even from its owners. Awards you've won on WC are given by novice writers. In fact, you could theoretically create an alternate account, host a contest, enter with another account, and give yourself first prize. That would be pretty sad, but since awards are meaningless besides a little ego boost and some fun, it doesn't matter.
