Has anyone else read this series? The last book, Mockingjay, came out a few weeks ago. Anyone want to discuss, debate, etc?

I've only read the first book but I love LOVE LOOOOVVVEEE these books. I'm hoping to read the next two soon; I have to wait for the library to get them back!

I bought all three of them and am currently reading the first one.

I quite enjoy this series. I am certainly more fond of the first two novels than the third, though all three were well written.

Such a good series. I'm so glad my friend had introduced me to it otherwise I would have missed out on such a great trilogy. I simply could not put the book down and was stuck reading it into the night.

It's an amazing book, I couldn't put the book down until I finished it. Still, many of the deaths I read about were extremely sad, especially Rue's and Prim's. I favor the first book way more than the second and the third, but they were all wonderful and full of suspense. Why did Suzanne Collins have to make them die though?

Because dead kids make a point louder than dead adults do.

From the moment I was first introduced to Peeta, I fell in love.
It was an amazing read, a definite MUST read. The author described everything that was going around so perfectly. The characters were strong and every one of them was different in some way. Diverse community.

Can't wait for the movie!

I really dont think that the hunger games is really that good. I mean sure the plot is interesting but its kind of demented in a way. This is my opinion, I am happy for all of you who like the series, good for you. I jyst dont really care for it. I like harry potter
