She just came from a funeral of a loved one and says to him:  "I think I've found the exact moment - when the heart goes numb, the tears run dry and I've just stop... feeling"...

Janet just tossed yet another negative pregnancy test in the trash.  She doesn't know that Jim has been crushing up birth control pills and slipping them in her morning coffee.
Jim: "This is just such a crushing experience for me."
Janet: "I mean, I feel like I might be the problem.  The doc said it might be my diet.  Maybe I should completely cut coffee out of my diet?"
Jim: "NOOOOOO!"
Janet: "What?  It might work, honey."
Jim: "I mean, I'm pretty sure the problem is me.  In fact, I am 100% sure of it."
Janet: "How can you be so sure?"
Jim: "I just have this feeling."
They both sigh and look at the ground.  Jim nervously fiddles with his watch and right at that moment, whoever was in the room with them took this picture.
