Who Are You?
Posted 2 Years Ago
If you can tell me what this picture means in your eyes, I wanna hear it. Telll me what this means, or what you think it means. I know that what your thinking of is completly different than to what I'm thinking of unless you can read my mind.

The lion looks so sorrowful, I wonder if the child feels his anguish? Full of complications, moral ambiguities, ours is not a world children, or lions, can comprehend.

Sometimes he wanted the lion to be his reflection. Strength and bravery, so much that he lacked. Today the feeling was even stronger than it usually was. His father said that those things came with age. If that was true, then he would just look at the proud beast through the glass and pretend it was him he was looking at.
I'm not sure, purely my opinion on it. I'm not sure..

Each of them want to be in the others shoes, but both know that will not happen.

The lion has a sad look on his face staring at the child at the other side of the glass. The child reminds him of his children and his wife. He was taken away from his family to be placed...no...rather to be trapped in the zoo forever for children and adults to see. His family missed him and he too missed them so much.
